About Mike AI
Mike AI helps teams see what is stuck, who owns the next action, what evidence is missing, what needs review and which output can be released. It is built to sit beside the systems firms already trust.
Mike AI is designed around matter flow, owners, blockers, review decisions and output packs.
The preferred deployment maps to selected SharePoint or OneDrive locations instead of duplicating client files.
Risk, source limits, export locks and review history stay visible before outputs leave the workflow.
The preferred Mike AI setup is not to become another document store. During onboarding, the firm should connect approved SharePoint or OneDrive matter folders, keep source files under its own Microsoft 365 controls, and let Mike AI manage work status, source references, review history, outputs and reporting.
