Structured implementation assessment

Assess one workflow and leave with a clear implementation decision.

The assessment records intended users, source and test-data boundaries, reviewer and export controls, current systems, implementation dependencies and conservative ROI assumptions. A staged 30-day implementation plan follows only after the assessment is delivered and success measures are agreed.

Submitting a request does not activate private-data access, Microsoft or DMS consent, writeback, a billing transaction or a firm-wide rollout.

Assumptions visible; no guaranteed result

What the assessment produces

  • A bounded workflow, intended-user and decision-owner scope.
  • An allowed test-data and source-boundary decision.
  • Reviewer, supervision and export controls.
  • Baseline volume, time and value assumptions with an explicit non-guarantee.
  • Implementation dependencies and a staged 30-day launch decision.

Dependencies are made clear before work starts

  • Firm-document answers: Matter-specific answers require the firm to connect approved folders and choose who can access them.
  • Outlook-assisted evidence intake: Tenant-wide assignment, Office-host sign-in and bounded source-reference capture are verified with synthetic content. A firm must approve and deploy the add-in; email sending is not enabled.
  • Native Word and Outlook add-ins: Both add-ins are assigned in a licensed integration tenant. Outlook controlled use requires firm setup; the Word-host workflow remains unavailable until host readback succeeds.
  • Legal research library: Mike AI does not replace subscription legal research services such as Westlaw, Practical Law, LexisNexis or vLex.
  • Independent security certification: Mike AI does not currently claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001 certification.
  • Private document-body storage: Assessment requests accept operating metadata and fictional or redacted examples only.
  • Broad Microsoft or DMS consent and writeback: Any later connection requires a separate firm-approved source boundary and administrator action.
  • Live billing during assessment intake: Payment state is recorded from operator evidence; intake does not create a charge or subscription.

Checking invitation…

Workflow assessments are opened for a named account with a bounded, expiring invitation. Ask your Mike AI contact for a current link. No intake form, workspace, billing or private-data capability is enabled without it.
