Start with Starter 5 at £495/month, invite your team, confirm business details and connect the firm storage locations you already control. Mike AI tracks work, decisions, evidence status and outputs without becoming the default store for private client document bodies.

Billing is based on concurrent active users. You can invite a wider named-user group while controlling how many people are signed in at the same time.

First setup steps

  • Confirm trading name, billing contact, IT contact and rollout owner.
  • Select a SharePoint, OneDrive or DMS storage boundary for matter sources.
  • Invite users and assign owner, admin, partner, fee earner, paralegal, operations, billing or observer roles.
  • Use the controlled sample workspace immediately after checkout, then complete onboarding.
Review assurance coverage

Live Microsoft tenant consent, DMS connections and private-source AI processing remain blocked until the tenant administrator grants consent and accepts the selected-source security boundary. Onboarding keeps documents in firm-owned storage and stores operational records in Mike AI.

Most firms should begin with Starter 5 for the first workflow review and upgrade only after the team has seen value in the workspace.

Implementation service (£1,950 one-off) and Managed support (£750/month) are available after signup. Self-service onboarding and standard workspace support are included.

Checkout activates controlled sample mode. Private sources stay blocked until tenant consent and source security acceptance.
