Start with a pending workspace request for one measurable legal workflow. A workspace only moves to private client documents after named-user auth, membership checks, retention, deletion, and audit controls are enabled.

What Mark reviews before enablement

  • Firm identity, named owner, and workflow fit.
  • Data boundary: metadata-only, redacted pack, or private data after controls.
  • Reviewer roles, export policy, retention label, and audit requirements.
  • Any Microsoft, DMS, billing, or external-sharing request requiring separate approval.
